Role of Micron as Associate Partne

  • Understand the requirement of the Company
  • Facilitate engagement of apprentices
  • Mobilise relevant candidates, counsel them to undergo apprenticeship trainings
  • Day to day Administration and Reporting
  • Arrange the basic training under the Apprenticeship Act through Basic Training Providers
  • Ensure compliance of all formalities by the apprentices for appearing in assessment and examinations
  • Facilitate organization in assessment & certification for apprentices in optional trades
  • Comply with the provisions of Apprentice Act 1961 and rules made there under
  • Up-dation of Stipend to all apprentices on behalf of the company.
  • As when required submission of reports to the company.
